If your cart order remains inactive for more than one month, the total value of unpaid items far exceeds your deposited amount, and our team has failed to get in touch with you after multiple attempts, we will deduct shipping and labor fees from your deposit before arranging shipment.Please notify us in advance should any special circumstances arise.The deposit is non-refundable. If you are unable to pay the outstanding balance, your order will be handled in the same manner as inactive cart orders.

Delivery & Lost Package
If we ship your order within the agreed timeframe but you fail to receive the package within the expected delivery window, direct refunds will only be processed upon official confirmation of package loss from the courier. For all other issues, please contact us promptly via WhatsApp.

Order Video Check
Once all items of your order are prepared, customers may request a video verification service to confirm order contents. This video will be ready within 1–2 working days after order closure, subject to the quantity of goods. If you receive the parcel without requesting this video check and later claim missing or wrong items, we cannot accept refund requests. Thank you for your understanding. -
Damaged Goods Policy
If goods are damaged in transit, please contact us via WhatsApp and provide supporting evidence. After verification within 1–2 working days, the value of damaged goods can be deducted from your next order or refunded accordingly. Any malicious or groundless refund requests will not be accepted.
